Key Responsibilities:

Time and Attendance Integration: Coordinate and process timekeeping data, ensuring accurate interface between the time and attendance systems and payroll.

Garnishments and Wage Deductions: Administer and process wage garnishments, tax levies, and other court-ordered payments in compliance with relevant legal requirements, including timely submission to state agencies or appropriate jurisdictions.

Employee Support: Provide prompt and professional assistance to employees and management regarding payroll inquiries, including questions about wage calculations, benefit deductions, leave accruals, and other pay-related issues.

Leave of Absence Coordination: Collaborate with the Benefits team to manage employee leaves, including those covered under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), medical leave, and other unpaid leave types.
Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of direct payroll processing experience.

Familiarity with the Dayforce payroll platform is highly desirable.

Previous experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Time Tracking modules is a plus.

Exposure to general ledger processing and financial reporting is beneficial.

Proven track record as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator, or in a comparable role.
