About the Role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting both domestic and international payroll operations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate payroll processing while also contributing to efficiency improvements and special projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payrolls (bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly)

  • Coordinate with offshore teams on a variety of payroll-related tasks

  • Process international payrolls in compliance with regional requirements

  • Handle bonus and equity payments through payroll

  • Support special payroll-related projects and ad hoc requests

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely submission of timecards and address related inquiries

  • Maintain seamless data flow between Workday and ADP systems

  • Keep payroll records current, including new hires, terminations, and employee updates

  • Prepare payroll reports for internal management and external audits

  • Partner with ADP to ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local tax laws

  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly

  • Work cross-functionally with departments to maintain payroll accuracy

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of payroll experience (preferably with ADP Workforce Now)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll issues

  • Working knowledge of local and federal labor/payroll regulations

  • Experience with international payroll processing

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong data analysis skills and keen attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
