About the Role

Pinterest is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (Growth) to join the Consumer Marketing team. In this role, you will shape and execute Pinterest’s social growth strategy, ensuring the platform remains a safe, personal, and inspiring space while deepening connections between users.

As the lead Growth PMM, you will combine data-driven insights, market analysis, and creative storytelling to influence product development and drive adoption. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, design, research, comms, and marketing—you will develop go-to-market strategies, craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, and ensure that Pinterest products foster engagement and long-term user love.

This is a high-impact role suited for a marketer who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about shaping how millions of users connect, share, and get inspired.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Strategy: Partner with UX research, brand research, and data science to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user needs. Develop MRDs, design alpha/beta experiments, and use findings to influence product launches.

  • Go-to-Market Planning: Lead GTM execution, including positioning, messaging, education, and in-product marketing campaigns that drive adoption and retention.

  • Narrative Building: Craft compelling narratives for consumer product offerings that resonate with users, partners, and investors.

  • Data & Analysis: Set measurable goals, evaluate performance, and use insights to iterate on strategies and campaigns.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate across teams, secure executive buy-in, and ensure smooth execution of launch strategies.

  • Product Education: Provide training and resources to empower internal teams and inspire external stakeholders to champion Pinterest’s consumer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 7+ years of consumer product marketing and/or product management experience in a fast-growing tech environment.

  • Proven track record of developing product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies that resonate with users.

  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

  • A genuine passion for Pinterest’s mission and brand.

  • Salary Range: $130,022—$267,692 USD
