About The Role

This role is hybrid from our central London WeWork. In this role, you will process payrolls for multiple regions, maintain accurate payroll and audit records.

This position requires discretion as well as the ability to enforce policy consistently and with tact. In this role you will interact directly with the Madison Logic team to respond to payroll and questions. Success in this role requires a patience, confidence, and an inherent need to ‘figure out’ how to resolve challenges that come your way.

What You’ll Do

  • PAYROLL
  • Prepare & process international payroll on a monthly basis for our EMEA & APAC regions, including UK, IE, SG, IN and AU
  • Establish and maintain payroll records
  • Verify payroll records are in compliance with established standards
  • Make changes in the pay and tax status of employees
  • Prepare error-free payroll-related management reports for accounting purposes
  • Remain up-to-date on legal requirements relative to the benefits and payroll functions to assist with ongoing compliance in UK, IE, SG, IN and AU
  • Be comfortable with compiling and assisting with audit requests related to Payroll and Benefits
  • Journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations relating to payroll & benefits
  • EOR experience preferred
  • Ad Hoc duties to assist HR as required

  • Ensure correct application of benefits such as private medical, dental and vision, pension and life insurance for taxation through Payroll where relevant
  • Ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction

About You | Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience as a payroll administrator
  • Experience with payroll processing in two or more of the following countries: UK, IE, SG, AU, IN
  • Proven ability to administer policy in an internal client-facing capacity with sensitivity & decorum
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of GDPR regulations & its impact on record keeping
  • Strong mathematical/accounting acumen and attention to detail
  • Experience with the Papaya payroll platform preferred
