Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails, delivering exceptional customer service

Create work orders and capture structured data for issues

Identify inefficiencies in payroll and operational processes and suggest improvements

Support payroll applications and make recommendations for process enhancements

Process off-cycle checks and complete corrections from internal data audits
Required Qualifications

Previous payroll operations or customer service experience, or at least 2 years in a customer service call center

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Knowledge of payroll processes; SAP experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred
