Position Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated Payroll Specialist to manage a dedicated book of payroll clients. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing while providing exceptional client service, process improvements, and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and process payroll for a personal portfolio of clients using UKG Ready.

Ensure accurate data entry, including employee details, hours, deductions, and benefits.

Collaborate with clients to improve processes, enhance compliance, and implement system updates.

Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries promptly.

Conduct payroll audits to identify and correct discrepancies.

Stay informed on UKG Ready enhancements for operational improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during payroll processing.

Maintain accurate payroll and client records for transparency and compliance.

Partner with the Payroll Team Lead to optimize UKG Ready utilization.
Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with UKG Ready Full Suite is required.
Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of payroll processing experience in a service bureau environment

Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax laws, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
