Role Overview

Holy Trinity Sales is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage commission-based payroll for our growing sales team. This fully remote, independent contractor role offers flexible hours, allowing you to work at your own pace while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing. You will collaborate with two team members and participate in two virtual meetings per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for a commission-based sales organization.

  • Manage and audit tiered commission pay structures.

  • Reconcile books and verify financial accuracy.

  • Perform advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs.

  • Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports.

  • Ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet payroll deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience handling commission-based payroll.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and data analysis).

  • Must have own computer with licensed Excel software.

  • Strong math, auditing, and bookkeeping skills.

  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently.

  • Tech-savvy with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience in balancing books and reconciling accounts.

Position Details

  • Pay: $51,897 – $65,784 annually (based on experience).

  • Schedule: Flexible – set your own hours while meeting deadlines.

  • Meetings: Two remote meetings per week.

  • Start Date: Hiring within 1 week.
