An exciting opportunity has opened for a People and Culture Internship at a leading pan-European bank. This is a fantastic chance for ambitious graduates to kickstart a career in Human Resources while gaining exposure to various areas including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Training & Development. The People and Culture Internship is designed to support future HR leaders, offering hands-on experience within a collaborative, values-driven financial services environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

As a People and Culture Intern, you will:

  • Support HR project work and department initiatives

  • Handle employee documentation such as contracts, amendment letters, and references

  • Assist with Employee Life Cycle activities

  • Help with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), wellbeing initiatives, and employee benefits

  • Manage HR system records and general administration

  • Participate in culture and engagement programs

 Required Skills & Competencies:

To be successful in this People and Culture Internship, you should have:

  • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

  • The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about HR functions

  • Previous internship or admin experience (desirable)

  • A university degree (required)

 Salary:

  • £30,000 per year

 Internship Details:

  • 6-month duration

  • Immediate start

  • Right to work in the UK is required
