About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and people-centric People Development Advisor to join our forward-thinking team. This pivotal role places you at the heart of our learning and development (L&D) function—designing, delivering, and evaluating high-impact, performance-driven development initiatives across the JD Group.
You’ll be a vital contact point for personal and professional growth within the business—supporting team KPIs, facilitating training sessions, and leading coaching conversations that unlock potential and drive change.
Key Responsibilities

Design & deliver engaging, performance-based L&D initiatives—face-to-face or virtually

Partner with line managers to identify trends and develop action plans to meet team objectives

Provide individual and group coaching aligned with personal and business growth goals

Continuously evaluate training impact and adapt content for maximum ROI

Facilitate and embed a learning culture, encouraging social and self-directed learning

Curate and share high-quality content and learning materials across multiple platforms

Uphold ILM Assured quality standards across learning programmes

Keep up to date with industry trends and adult learning theory to ensure training relevance
