Your Opportunity

As our PX Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our People team, delivering seamless HR operations across EMEA. From onboarding to benefits and systems to compliance, you’ll support our growing team with precision, passion, and a proactive mindset. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their HR career while making real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

HR Operations & People Support

  • Manage day-to-day PX queries and the team inbox with timely, clear communication.

  • Coordinate the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (e.g. Workday, BambooHR).

  • Support payroll operations and resolve queries.

  • Keep our policies and documentation up-to-date with local laws and best practices.

  • Manage compliance checks (e.g. right-to-work, GDPR, visas).

  • Oversee employee benefits administration and respond to queries.

  • Provide data insights and reporting to support people decisions.

  • Support employee relations cases and global transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with global PX team and external partners including recruiters, legal counsel, and Employer of Record vendors.

Recruitment Operations

  • Partner with Talent Business Partners to deliver seamless recruitment support.

  • Prepare offer letters and contracts, coordinate onboarding tasks.

  • Help with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and screening where needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in HR coordination or admin (tech industry a bonus).

  • Understanding of UK HR practices (EMEA experience is a plus).

  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

  • A continuous improvement mindset – you look for smarter ways to work.

  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and experience with HRIS (Workday/BambooHR preferred).

  • Interest in HR data and analytics is a welcome bonus.
