Position Overview
The Strategic Planning Operations Manager will accelerate the work of Autodesk’s People and Places (PPL) organization, focusing on:

Operational support for portfolio, planning, and program work (OKR management, reviews, operational rhythms).

Enablement support for PPL’s wider planning ecosystem by building repeatable processes for reliable delivery.
This role partners closely with the Sr. Portfolio & Planning Manager to design efficient processes, drive alignment, and ensure high-quality results.
Responsibilities

Implement planning rhythms, norms, and practices to ensure efficient program design and delivery.

Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and build repeatable frameworks.

Enhance tools and mechanisms to support program planning.

Build strong relationships with partners, end-users, and stakeholders to ensure adoption and impact.
Minimum Qualifications
-
6–8+ years in operational planning, strategy, or program management.

Experience leading organizational planning rhythms and OKRs.

Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.
-
Proficiency in managing complex projects and stakeholders in parallel.

Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.

Agile problem-solver with proven ability to work in dynamic environments.

Experience managing programs in a global, matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with global organizations and planning tools (e.g., Airtable).

BA/BS in Business, HR, Management, or related field.
