About the Role

We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale Chamelo’s paid acquisition and retention channels—including Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and affiliates. This is a high-impact role for a growth-focused marketer who thrives on data-driven experimentation, measurable ROI, and performance at scale. You will partner with creative, brand, and product teams to design campaigns that accelerate Chamelo’s global presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and affiliate channels.
  • Manage daily budgets, pacing, and performance to achieve ROAS and CAC targets.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to test, analyze, and scale winning ad creatives.
  • Build dashboards, generate reports, and deliver campaign insights to leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis to uncover trends and drive optimization.
  • Manage affiliate and influencer performance marketing programs.
  • Align campaigns with brand, product, and eCommerce goals.
  • Stay ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications – Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce or D2C.
  • Proven success scaling campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Looker, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience managing 6–7 figure monthly ad budgets.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, attribution platforms, and affiliate networks.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Startup experience and comfort in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
