Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of SaferHoodAI. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing priorities, and fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members. If you’re a self-starter with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, this is your opportunity to work closely with the leadership of an innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including responding to emails and inquiries on behalf of the Founder.
- Project Management: Assist in tracking and managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are aligned with company goals.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, events, and presentations, including preparing materials and ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct market research, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders by managing correspondence and follow-ups.
- Office Management: Oversee administrative tasks such as document filing, expense reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Experience is preferred but not required.(We believe in giving new comers opportunities)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.

- A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Founder.
