Job Description:
Walmart is now hiring Online Order Filling Associates in Escondido, CA. In this vital role, you will be responsible for locating, selecting, and packaging merchandise to fulfill customer online orders accurately and efficiently. You will ensure each order meets Walmart’s high standards and consult with customers regarding any product substitutions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, organize, and prepare merchandise for online customer orders

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

Compensation & Incentives:

Hourly Wage: $17 to $30 per hour, depending on role and experience
