Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a clinically driven and highly motivated Remote Hospital Pharmacist to join our growing Remote Pharmacy Services team. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate pharmaceutical care to patients—all from a remote setting. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists passionate about expanding access to care while working in a flexible and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient counseling via video calls on new medications and therapeutic regimens

  • Answer clinical questions from patients to support optimal medication use

  • Document all patient interactions in accordance with regulatory and company standards

  • May be cross-trained to support inpatient remote order entry and computerized provider order entry (CPOE) verification

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care


Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active California pharmacist license

  • Must reside in California

  • Licensure in state of original registration required; willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed

  • 2–4 years of pharmacy experience preferred

  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn multiple pharmacy information systems

  • Excellent clinical communication and critical thinking skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $54.60 – $77.89 (based on experience and qualifications)

  • Bonus Eligible: No
