Key Responsibilities

Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and clinical suitability.

Conduct virtual counseling sessions to educate patients on medication use, side effects, storage, and adherence.

Collaborate with prescribers and care teams by offering timely pharmaceutical recommendations.

Oversee virtual prescription workflows, coordinating with pharmacy technicians and fulfillment partners.

Ensure compliance with DEA and Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy regulations, especially for controlled substances.

Deliver Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services to eligible patients.

Provide immunization guidance and help patients connect with local administration resources.

Accurately document all patient interactions and pharmaceutical activities using EMR and pharmacy software systems.

Remain up to date with telepharmacy best practices, Pennsylvania pharmacy law, and clinical developments.
Qualifications
-
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.

Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing.

1–3 years of experience in retail or clinical pharmacy preferred. Strong internship experience will be considered for new graduates.

Immunization certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Comfortable using digital tools, EMRs, and virtual care platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient engagement in a remote setting.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused.
Work Requirements

Fully remote role; must reside in or be licensed to serve Pennsylvania.

Full-time position (40+ hours/week), including rotational evenings and weekends.

Must maintain a HIPAA-compliant home workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $110,000 – $130,000/year (or $52.00 – $62.00/hour)
