Our Opportunity
Chewy is seeking full-time Pharmacists to join our “online neighborhood pharmacy” team at our Fern Valley facility in Louisville, KY. This site is dedicated to supporting online pet parents by ensuring timely delivery of prescribed medications for their pets. As a Pharmacist at Chewy, you’ll be a key player in a collaborative team focused on providing exceptional care and wellness services to pet parents and their furry companions. What You’ll Do

Accurately interpret and verify medication orders

Review prescriptions for correct dosing, scheduling, contraindications, allergies, drug interactions, and incompatibilities

Communicate clearly and professionally with veterinarians, their teams, and pet parents as needed

Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns, providing ongoing coaching and training

Maintain precise records in compliance with federal, state, and pharmacy policies

Uphold operational standards, including safety, compliance, and performance metrics

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Position may require occasional travel
What You’ll Need

Bachelor of Pharmacy (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree

Active, good-standing pharmacist license in Kentucky, with other states and credentials as applicable

Strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail

Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
