What You’ll Do

Accurately interpret and verify prescriptions to ensure safe and effective medication use

Review medication orders for proper dosing, scheduling, interactions, contraindications, and allergies

Communicate professionally with veterinarians, pet parents, and clinic staff as needed
-
Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy technicians and interns to maintain high performance and accuracy
-
Maintain detailed and compliant records in accordance with pharmacy policies, state, and federal regulations
-
Ensure operational excellence, including compliance, performance standards, and safety protocols

Take on additional assignments or responsibilities as needed

Occasional travel may be required
What You’ll Need

A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution
-
Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Pennsylvania (additional state licensure is a plus)

Strong customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail

Proven leadership and team management capabilities
