Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense prescription medications with precision and care

Provide expert drug information and counseling to patients

Monitor and adjust drug therapies to ensure safe and effective treatment

Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to enhance patient care

Ensure full compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications
Required:

Active Pharmacist License in the State of Wisconsin

Proven experience in dispensing, therapy monitoring, and patient education

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare setting

Willingness to relocate to the local area prior to starting
Preferred:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree

Certification for vaccine administration
