Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications accurately and safely to patients, and interpret IV admixture orders to prepare primary IV solutions.

  • Prepare nonstandard pharmaceutical formulations as needed, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping.

  • Supervise pharmacy support staff and take responsibility for the final verification of all completed work.

  • Conduct routine inspections of pharmaceutical supplies across departments to ensure compliance and quality standards.

  • Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care services in alignment with clinical protocols and patient safety guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Active pharmacist license in the State of Washington.

  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency is preferred.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred, ideally in a hospital, retail, clinical, or similar healthcare setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and a full benefits package, including medical, dental, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. The salary range for this position is $72.97 to $98.06 USD per hour, based on experience, education, certifications, and other qualifications. Union affiliation may influence compensation according to the appropriate pay scale step.
