Schedule:

Monday through Friday: 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM Eastern Time (multiple shift options available)

Rotating weekend shifts: Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Availability to work weekends and holidays as part of the rotation schedule
How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare:

Accurately dispense medications to ensure the right patient receives the correct dose and route of administration.

Conduct drug utilization reviews for all dispensed medications to ensure patient safety.

Provide comprehensive patient care services, including immunizations, consultations, medication therapy management, and resolving patient concerns.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment to promote health and safety.

Supervise pharmacy interns, technicians, and other team members in the daily operations of the pharmacy.

Assist with inventory management, including the handling of controlled substances, record-keeping, and managing recalled or expired medications.

Adhere to state and federal pharmacy regulations and procedures to maintain high standards of practice.

Perform various administrative tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

Take on other duties as necessary to improve patient care and increase productivity.
Qualifications:

A bachelor’s or doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy is required.

Must be in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.

Active immunization and CPR certifications are preferred.

A willingness to embrace new technology and learn continuously.

A commitment to obtaining additional licenses and certifications as needed.
