We are seeking a Pharmacist who will play a key role in our mission to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and manage their medications. This hands-on role involves everything from prescription verification and fulfillment to quality assurance and customer service, ensuring every order is processed accurately from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Verify the accuracy, quality, and safety of all medication dispenses.

Collaborate with other pharmacists to ensure all prescription packets and bulk medications pass quality checks before shift completion.

Perform prescription order processing, verification, and coordination of prescription transfers.

Manage and maintain customer profiles in PharmacyOS.

Acquire and process new prescriptions promptly.

Oversee medication substitutions, returns, rejects, and canister approval.

Answer clinical questions and provide professional guidance to customers.

Investigate and resolve prescription errors while maintaining proper documentation.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, state and federal regulations, and pharmacy laws.

Partner with the pharmacy team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.

Active, unrestricted Pharmacist License in the state of employment (additional licenses may be required).

Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and patient care regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to use pharmacy computer systems effectively.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform warehouse-related tasks.
Preferred:

Experience in long-term care (LTC) or retail pharmacy settings.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
