Key Responsibilities

Review and process physician orders and maintain accurate patient medication profiles.

Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure proper storage of medications.

Provide patient counseling and medication education.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to optimize medication therapy.
Qualifications

Active California Pharmacist License (clear and unrestricted)

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required

Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience; ambulatory or clinical care setting preferred

Experience with diabetes management is a plus

PGY1/PGY2 residency training preferred but not required
Additional Hiring Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

Successful completion of background check and drug screening
