Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders and oversee distribution

Prepare sterile products as needed

Provide expert pharmacological guidance and ensure safe medication use

Collaborate with medical teams for optimal patient care
Qualifications:

Education: PharmD preferred; graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy

Experience: PGY1/PGY2 residency or equivalent clinical practice

Licensure: Valid California pharmacist license

Certifications: BLS certification required

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, disease states, and pharmacokinetics
