As a Night Shift ICU Pharmacist, you will be part of a leading healthcare team in a state-of-the-art facility, providing critical overnight support for our Intensive Care Unit. You’ll play a vital role in managing medication therapies and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate overnight medication management activities in the ICU

Provide clinical support and oversee drug distribution processes

Ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medications

Support other pharmacy duties as assigned to maintain optimal patient care
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy; PharmD preferred
-
Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 pharmacy residency or equivalent relevant experience
Licensure & Certification:
-
Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of California

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Experience & Skills:
-
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmacotherapy

In-depth knowledge of common diseases and clinical pathologies

Ability to interpret and support patient-specific medication management plans
