Position Summary:
As a Pharmacist at Sam’s Club, you’ll lead the delivery of patient-centered pharmaceutical care while managing daily operations of the Pharmacy and OTC departments. From immunizations to medication counseling to inventory management, you’ll leverage your clinical expertise and leadership to improve patient outcomes and deliver a seamless member experience.
What You’ll Do:

Process and accurately dispense prescription medications while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Provide counseling to members regarding medications, health conditions, and over-the-counter products.

Administer immunizations and lead other clinical programs and community outreach events.

Monitor controlled substances, confidential information, and pharmacy documentation.

Drive sales, inventory control, and profit in both the pharmacy and OTC departments.

Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain accurate pricing, signing, and merchandising.

Mentor and supervise pharmacy associates, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback.

Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, operational, and loss prevention policies.

Participate in and promote community programs, encouraging associate engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD, or FPGEC (NABP equivalent).

Active pharmacy license in good standing (by job start date).

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school, state association).
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous pharmacy leadership experience in a retail or membership-based environment.

Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, merchandising, and compliance.
Salary & Compensation:
-
Annual Salary Range: $112,000 – $197,000 (dependent on experience & location)

Bonus Structure: Annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses

Regional Pay Zone Adjustments may apply depending on location
