Position Summary
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will deliver comprehensive patient care by accurately processing and dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and counseling members on their healthcare and medication needs. You will maintain confidentiality, manage controlled substances, and ensure all required documentation is accurate.
You will also drive sales and profitability in both the Pharmacy and OTC departments by managing effective merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, signage, inventory levels, and sales forecasting. Building strong cross-functional relationships and analyzing economic trends and demographics will be key to success.
You will lead and mentor associates, modeling excellent member service and ensuring all member concerns and complaints are addressed promptly and in line with company standards.
Community involvement is important, and you will oversee community outreach programs while encouraging your team to actively contribute as community members.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, or equivalent (FPGEC/NABP)

Valid pharmacy license by job entry date

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School, State Pharmacy Association)
