Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is one of the largest community health centers in the Pacific Northwest, committed to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive, and affordable healthcare to the communities we serve. With a comprehensive range of services, we provide integrated medical, dental, and social care across locations in Washington and Oregon.
Our offerings go beyond traditional healthcare and include behavioral health, nutrition counseling, substance use treatment, an HIV/AIDS clinic, mobile health units, and community health programs. Through the Northwest Community Action Center, we also support individuals and families with employment assistance, training, mentorship, case management, and referral services.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are proud to employ more than 2,000 dedicated staff members, along with over 300 residents, fellows, students, and volunteers.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist who is:
-
Passionate about serving underserved and diverse communities
-
Experienced in community or ambulatory pharmacy practice
-
PGY-1 or PGY-2 residency trained (or equivalent work experience)
What You’ll Do
As a member of our pharmacy team, you will:
-
Conduct Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR)
-
Provide patient counseling and Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
-
Perform Collaborative Drug Therapy Management (CDTM) under valid agreements
-
Prescribe medications and devices as authorized by state protocols
-
Order, interpret, and monitor lab tests
-
Receive and transfer prescriptions
-
Maintain pharmacy security and compliance with federal/state regulations
-
Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescriptions in accordance with provider directives and clinic protocols
-
Stay current in the field through professional development, continuing education, and active licensure maintenance
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
-
Active Oregon Pharmacist License
-
Must pass pre-employment and ongoing drug screening for controlled substances
Preferred:
-
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish
