Position Highlights

Hybrid Role – Work from home one day a week.

Lead the Drug Use Policy (DUP) team, including 6 Drug Use Policy Specialists and 3 Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacists.

Collaborate with medical, nursing, and pharmacy teams to develop and implement drug policies, protocols, and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.

Oversee formulary evaluations, evidence-based guidelines, and Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee content.

Provide strategic guidance on biologics, therapeutic advancements, and complex drug therapies.
Qualifications
-
Pharm.D. from an accredited U.S. pharmacy school.

Post-graduate residency training preferred or equivalent experience.

California Pharmacist License (active).

Board certification in pharmacology preferred.

BLS certification required.
