Salary Range: $56,347.20 – $78,873.60 annually

About the Role:

As a Pharmacy Resident, you’ll participate in a one-year, post-graduate training program designed to provide hands-on experience in inpatient pharmaceutical services. You will play a key role in ensuring safe and effective medication use while developing your clinical and professional skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Interpreting and verifying physician orders

  • Compounding and dispensing medications

  • Monitoring therapies for safety and effectiveness

  • Supporting formulary management and therapeutic interchanges

  • Acting as a drug information resource

  • Supervising technicians, students, and interns

  • Managing pharmacy systems and automated dispensing tools

  • Advocating for quality improvement in patient care

Qualifications:

  • Education: Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy (must be completed within 90 days of start)

  • Licensure: Pharmacist license (or eligibility)

  • Certifications:

    • BLS (within 1 year of hire)

    • ACLS (within 1 year of hire)
