Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team, working under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. In this role, you will ensure accurate medication order entry, maintain precise patient and facility records, and process billing for multiple healthcare facilities. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Enter and verify medication orders for multiple facilities with accuracy.

Ensure all Third-Party insurance claims are billed and processed correctly.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and facility records.

Process billing and credits for facilities on a monthly basis.

Provide responsive customer service and problem resolution for assigned facilities.

Meet production goals set by the supervisor.

May travel to homes for meetings or medication exchanges as needed.

Assist with training and orienting new employees.

Complete all required regulatory and company training programs.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
-
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred: Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
Experience:

Preferred: Hospital, long-term care, or retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred.

3–6 months experience as a pharmacy technician.
Licensing Requirements (State Specific):

Vermont: Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician.

New Hampshire: Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician.

Ohio: Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician.

Work Schedule & Attendance
