Company Overview

About Medrina

Medrina is committed to empowering a unified team of physicians and clinicians to deliver personalized, comprehensive rehabilitative care. As the nation’s leading physiatry practice, our board-certified physicians collaborate closely with primary care providers, nurses, and therapists across post-acute and acute care settings to enhance each patient’s treatment plan and overall care journey.

Since our founding in 2010, we’ve expanded through our respected brands—Integrated Rehab Consultants, National Health Rehabilitation, Integrative Physiatry, and Radial Health—to build a nationwide network of support. This growth led to the formation of Medrina, a name that reflects our unified, collaborative identity.

We continue to evolve with the ever-changing post-acute care landscape, using a team-based approach to address key challenges faced by healthcare partners: reducing re-admission rates, improving outcomes and patient satisfaction, optimizing PDPM, and providing staff education. By bringing enhanced rehabilitative care to sub-acute settings, we deliver programs that rival those found in inpatient rehab facilities (IRFs).

We are proud to be recognized as a Great Place To Work® Certified company (Aug 2024 – Aug 2025), with 92% of our administrative staff affirming Medrina as a great place to work—significantly higher than the national average of 57%.

In August 2024, we were also honored to be named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately-owned companies in the U.S., ranking at #1,179.

Medrina continues to lead the way in redefining rehabilitation care, one patient and one partnership at a time.
