Physical Therapist – Make a Meaningful Impact
Are you experienced in Rehabilitation Services and looking for a rewarding opportunity with a company that truly makes a difference? As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals regain function, relieve pain, and prevent disability through medically prescribed physical therapy treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for program participants.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including participant records and administrative reports.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and licensure standards, professional ethics, and confidentiality requirements.
- Attend program and clinical meetings to collaborate with teams and enhance participant care.
- Develop and deliver in-service training programs for staff and other groups as needed.
- Support orientation programs for new staff, participants, and PT/PTA students.
- Prepare service summaries and maintain billing records as required by case managers and program directors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure in Physical Therapy.
- Ability to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
