Position Summary – Physical Therapist

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess strength, mobility, balance, posture, and daily functional abilities
Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and legal standards
Supervise support staff including PT Assistants, Techs, Athletic Trainers, and students
Guide and oversee delegated treatments to ensure consistency and quality of care
Engage in professional development and community outreach initiatives
Adhere to ethical practices and state physical therapy regulations

Qualifications:

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice Physical Therapy in the state of employment
CPR certified
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
Basic computer proficiency, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
