Position Summary – Physical Therapist

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess strength, mobility, balance, posture, and daily functional abilities

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and needs

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and legal standards

  • Supervise support staff including PT Assistants, Techs, Athletic Trainers, and students

  • Guide and oversee delegated treatments to ensure consistency and quality of care

  • Engage in professional development and community outreach initiatives

  • Adhere to ethical practices and state physical therapy regulations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice Physical Therapy in the state of employment

  • CPR certified

  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills

  • Basic computer proficiency, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
