Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to determine rehabilitation potential and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Establish short- and long-term therapy goals

  • Administer treatment safely, using proper techniques and equipment (e.g., cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation)

  • Monitor and maintain equipment safety and cleanliness

  • Adhere to physician-prescribed care plans and patient precautions (e.g., THR, TKR, cardiac, wound care)

  • Complete discharge summaries for each patient upon their final outpatient visit

Qualifications:

  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice

  • Current CPR certification

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance
