Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients to determine rehabilitation potential and develop individualized treatment plans

Establish short- and long-term therapy goals
-
Administer treatment safely, using proper techniques and equipment (e.g., cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation)

Monitor and maintain equipment safety and cleanliness
-
Adhere to physician-prescribed care plans and patient precautions (e.g., THR, TKR, cardiac, wound care)

Complete discharge summaries for each patient upon their final outpatient visit
Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice

Current CPR certification
-
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance
