Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, design and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth physical therapy evaluations to assess mobility, strength, posture, and function

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient assessments

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in accordance with facility protocols

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Supervise PTAs, exercise physiologists, techs, athletic trainers, and students

• Ensure delegated personnel follow treatment plans and maintain care quality

• Contribute to clinic development, continuing education, and community outreach

• Adhere to state licensure requirements and APTA code of ethics

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure

• CPR certification

• New graduates welcome to apply

• Proficient in basic computer skills and EMR systems

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

What You’ll Do

• Assess, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments

• Review referrals and medical records to determine appropriate therapy

• Deliver direct patient care based on established treatment protocols

• Provide documentation such as daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries

• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and payers

• Supervise and guide support staff and rehab team members

• Support patient education and ensure continuity of care
