Roles & Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will play a key role in helping patients recover from various conditions and regain optimal physical function. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough evaluations of patients presenting with orthopedic, postoperative, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
Developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, patient goals, and evidence-based practice.
Delivering hands-on therapy and guided exercise programs to reduce pain, restore mobility, and enhance overall physical performance.
Monitoring patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed, and providing clear documentation of clinical findings and outcomes.
Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs to support long-term wellness.
Collaborating with physicians, other therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and effective care plan.

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited physical therapist program.
Valid and active Physical Therapist (PT) license to practice in the state.
