Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our growing team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to help patients recover from injuries or manage musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Your focus will be on restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing further disability—empowering patients to return to their daily activities with improved quality of life.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess functional abilities and determine treatment needs

  • Review medical records and physician referrals to guide treatment planning

  • Develop individualized, written treatment plans based on assessment findings

  • Administer manual therapy and therapeutic exercises including PNF, PRE, balance, and endurance training

  • Guide patients through safe and effective exercises to restore mobility and strength

  • Educate patients and caregivers on body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs

  • Apply therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, iontophoresis, and hydrotherapy

  • Provide gait training, mobility support, and instruction on assistive devices (e.g., crutches, canes)

  • Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care

  • Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical outcomes

  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR)

  • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and student interns

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, documentation standards, and administrative protocols

  • Participate in verification, authorization, billing, and communication with third-party payers as needed


Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master’s degree or equivalent required)

  • Current and valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in California

Experience:

  • Prior clinical experience in orthopedic, neurological, or musculoskeletal rehab preferred

Skills:

  • Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on therapeutic skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Comfortable working with EMR systems and documentation protocols

  • Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team setting

  • Capable of managing patient care independently and efficiently

Mathematical and Analytical Skills:

  • Proficiency in basic math and the ability to apply algebraic concepts in clinical setting
