As a Staff Physical Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. Your expertise and support will help empower individuals living with brain injuries to reach their highest potential. You’ll be instrumental in:

Restoring mobility and functional independence through individualized treatment plans

Helping patients achieve personal goals and navigate physical and neurological challenges
Key Responsibilities

Patient Evaluation & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, identify primary impairments, and design outcome-based treatment plans

Therapeutic Intervention: Provide therapy including mobility training, neurodevelopmental exercises, extremity manipulation, and pain relief modalities (e.g., hot/cold packs, TENS, neuromuscular stimulation)

Functional Mobility Support: Assist patients in navigating real-world environments such as stairs, hills, and uneven surfaces

Program Management: Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and conduct interim evaluations

Team Collaboration: Supervise clinic aides and therapy students, and communicate effectively with patients, families, insurance reps, and interdisciplinary teams

Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate clinical records and reports
Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure

APTA membership preferred
Compensation
Estimated salary range: $85,000–$121,000 annually
Final compensation depends on experience, education, credentials, and organizational need.
