Physical Therapist

Role Overview

Rehab Without Walls is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in real-life environments, including homes, schools, workplaces, and community settings. This role moves therapy beyond traditional staged environments, helping patients perform daily activities safely and independently.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients

  • Reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences

  • Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations

  • Communicate patient progress to the treatment team, physician, clients, and families

  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved outcomes

 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

  • Current, unrestricted PT license in practicing state

  • Basic Life Support / CPR certification as required by state regulations

  • Minimum of 1 year experience preferred

  • Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries

  • Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and perform physical activities (bending, kneeling, standing, walking)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
