Role Overview
Rehab Without Walls is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in real-life environments, including homes, schools, workplaces, and community settings. This role moves therapy beyond traditional staged environments, helping patients perform daily activities safely and independently.
Key Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients

Reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences

Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations

Communicate patient progress to the treatment team, physician, clients, and families

Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved outcomes
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current, unrestricted PT license in practicing state
-
Basic Life Support / CPR certification as required by state regulations

Minimum of 1 year experience preferred

Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries

Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and perform physical activities (bending, kneeling, standing, walking)

Strong verbal and written communication skills
