Overview:
Rehab Without Walls is seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in real-life settings—at home, school, work, or in the community. This role allows therapists to move beyond traditional clinical environments, helping patients perform everyday activities such as cooking, navigating grocery stores, outdoor activities, and workplace tasks.

Responsibilities
-
Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans

Reassess treatment plan effectiveness regularly, participate in staffing meetings and family conferences

Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations
-
Communicate patient progress and needs with the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families

Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved patient outcomes
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
-
Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds safely

Capable of extended walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and positioning
-
Physical health screening may be required
