About the Job

Position: Physical Therapist Aide (Full-Time)

Looking to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working in a supportive, team-driven environment? Join CORA as a Physical Therapist Aide, where you’ll help deliver top-quality care by assisting therapists with treatments, keeping therapy areas clean and organized, and helping with scheduling and front-desk duties—all within the scope of state regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • A genuine interest in patient care and healthcare support

What You’ll Do

  • Assist therapists in patient treatment sessions within policy and legal guidelines

  • Set up and maintain equipment and treatment spaces

  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy

  • Report patient status changes to therapists promptly

  • Keep therapy areas clean, organized, and well-stocked

  • Operate and maintain equipment such as the hydrocollator

  • Help with laundry and infection control procedures

  • Provide front desk support, including greeting patients, answering calls, and scheduling appointments

  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist in delivering an exceptional patient experience
