Position Overview:
As a PRN PTA, you will work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, providing direct patient care and assisting in the planning and implementation of personalized treatment programs. You will play a key role in promoting mobility, restoring function, and improving the quality of life for our patients. Flexibility and a willingness to work in different facilities across the PAM Health system are essential.
Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on care in accordance with individualized therapy plans

Support patients in achieving mobility and recovery goals

Communicate patient progress to the physical therapist and care team

Ensure treatments adhere to the principles of physical therapy

Contribute to the growth and development of rehab services across our facilities
Qualifications:

Active PTA license in the state of employment

Current BLS certification (required)

One year of clinical experience preferred, but not required
