Position Overview:

As a PRN PTA, you will work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, providing direct patient care and assisting in the planning and implementation of personalized treatment programs. You will play a key role in promoting mobility, restoring function, and improving the quality of life for our patients. Flexibility and a willingness to work in different facilities across the PAM Health system are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on care in accordance with individualized therapy plans

  • Support patients in achieving mobility and recovery goals

  • Communicate patient progress to the physical therapist and care team

  • Ensure treatments adhere to the principles of physical therapy

  • Contribute to the growth and development of rehab services across our facilities

Qualifications:

  • Active PTA license in the state of employment

  • Current BLS certification (required)

  • One year of clinical experience preferred, but not required
