We’re currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become a valued part of our team, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will bring prior inpatient hospital experience or demonstrate a strong commitment and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Position Overview
Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA is responsible for delivering direct patient care, as well as assisting in the planning and implementation of individualized treatment programs in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy. This role also supports the ongoing development of therapy services across various PAM Health facilities. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be needed in different settings within our system.
Qualifications

Education & Licensure: Must hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.

Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Experience: One year of clinical experience is preferred, but not required.
