Position Overview
This role involves assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitation programs designed to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, increase strength, and address disabling conditions caused by injury or illness. The physical therapist builds trust and cooperation with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals through thorough assessments, consistent care, and clear communication. The therapist ensures adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain patient privacy and safety while delivering exceptional care. Additionally, the role includes supervising physical therapy assistants and aides, as well as providing clinical instruction to assigned students.

Education Requirements
-
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program or equivalent as demonstrated by a valid PT license.
Certification & Licensure

PT (Physical Therapist) License
-
BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider Certification

Department-specific: Valid Driver’s License (Class C) for Home Health and Automobile Insurance.

A minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant experience is preferred.

Work Schedule

Full-time position with Monday through Friday work schedule.
