Job Summary & Qualifications

As a Physical Therapist II PRN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, working alongside the healthcare team to manage and execute individualized care plans. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through their recovery journey, ensuring that each patient receives personalized therapeutic interventions to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions using techniques aligned with physician plans and professional ethics.

  • Provide patient education, including instructions on home exercises, therapeutic appliances, and prosthetic devices.

  • Collaborate with the patient care team to prioritize caseloads and adjust assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.

  • Licensed Physical Therapist.

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, obtained within 30 days of employment.

  • Previous experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred.
