About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through compassionate, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Evaluation: Assess conditions, develop rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with physicians and care teams.

  • Treatment Planning: Implement therapy techniques such as mobility training, therapeutic exercises, and assistive device education.

  • Leadership: Mentor team members and ensure high-quality care standards.

What You Bring

  • Education: Master’s in Physical Therapy (or Bachelor’s with prior PT experience).

  • Licensure: Current NYS Physical Therapist license or limited permit.

  • Preferred Experience: Prior PT experience and/or interest in lymphedema treatment.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and patient-focused care.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

  • Frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

Compensation

  • Pay Range: $68,640 – $105,000 (based on experience, qualifications, and location).
