Your Role as a Physical Therapist

As a PT Solutions Physical Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients achieve their best possible outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing evidence-based, high-quality care to empower patients beyond their functional goals.
  • Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Fostering strong relationships with patients, fellow clinicians, and healthcare team members.
  • Building and maintaining connections within the community to promote overall well-being.

What You Need to Join Us

  • Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Growth

💰 Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year (excluding performance-based bonuses)
This range accounts for factors such as experience, location, and career growth potential within the role.
