PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Job Description and Duties

DSH-Napa Physical Rehabilitation Therapy Services is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Physical Therapy Assistant to work with adult patients in a psychiatric hospital setting. The successful candidate will contribute to patient care through a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting patient assessments and evaluations
• Delivering therapeutic treatment services
• Preparing detailed documentation on patient progress
• Providing training to unit staff to assist patients in activities of daily living
