Position Overview
This physician role will serve two skilled nursing facilities in Saint Joseph, MO and Liberty, MO, providing both attending physician services and medical directorship.

Primary Responsibilities

Serve as Medical Director and attend monthly QAPI meetings

Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance

Provide direct primary care to SNF residents, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions

Collaborate with NPs/PAs and supervise clinical staff
-
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation
-
Competitive salary: $210,000–$250,000 annually (Full-Time)

Includes Medical Director stipend
Qualifications

Valid medical license
-
Strong clinical knowledge and experience in SNF or managed care settings

Familiarity with EHR systems

Supervisory experience preferred
